Most of Park Hill has continued to appreciate into 2017. With the exception of the South East portion, Park Hill is averaging a rate of appreciation higher than the City of Denver average of 10%. Homes in park Hill are also selling a bit quicker than the rest of Denver, despite the higher average price point.
