The Denver market continues to appreciate in 2017, largely to a lack of inventory and a continuous flow of migration.

The market saw a reduction in number of showings to active listings, probably the result of buyers choosing to forego buying in Denver’s competitive market.

However, that hasn’t stopped home values from steadily increasing.

Most likely due to the severe shortage of inventory.

And also, historically low interest rates.

And while average home appreciation for the Denver market is around 10%, this number is higher for smaller homes, and lower for larger homes.
