Compass Concierge can provide to $100,000 in funding, but most sellers find that the standard program of $25,000 is more than enough to increase their property value in a short amount of time. Our standard program does not charge any interest, and any fees incurred will be covered by myself at closing. You simply pay back what you spent to improve your home when you sell. That’s it. As an experienced real estate investor, in addition to providing funding I will also help you find vendors to complete our punch-list of property updates, to ensure that you receive a true return on investment. As long as you are committed to selling your property within 12 months, I am committed to helping you sell for more.

How it works

- Decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
- When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors.
You’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.
