2023 was a tough year for Denver real estate, but also a year of opportunities.
The rates were up, the sales were down. Some things sold in 6 days and others sat for 6 months.
But I did several seller financed deals in 2023, something the market hasn’t seen much of in the last decade.
For buyers looking for a more customized finance option it was a unique opportunity. And for sellers looking to replicate the income from their investment and/or avoid capital gains, it was perhaps the best option.
