Park Hill boasts a variety of historic homes such as the Craftsman Bungalow, the Queen Anne-style Victorian and the Tudor revival. Known for its beauty, diversity and community- a close proximity to City Park and a 10 minute drive from Downtown have made Park Hill a popular Denver neighborhood for the past 100 years.

Neighboring City Park, residents of Park Hill enjoy easy access to the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, and the City Park and Park Hill golf courses.
Local businesses and shopping areas can be found throughout Park Hill. Places like Spinelli’s Market on 23rd ave, an old-school style Italian grocer with seriously good sandwiches– and Cake Crumbs Bakery on Kearney street, a premiere cake shop and cafe– serve as staples in this conscientious and family-friendly community.

This Denver neighborhood is also home to a variety of events, such as the annual Park Hill Home Tour & Street Fair. There’s also the 4th of July Parade, as well as may other community events such as block parties.
Originally established in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, Park Hill is known as Denver’s “coolest” neighborhood due to the abundant number of trees planted throughout the area, which keep much of the Neighborhood shaded and cool.
